Supreme Court officially overturns Roe v. Wade, loses last shred of legitimacy

Washington, DC — An opinion has come on the long-awaited Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health case.

And conservatives tried to hide their motives until June 29.

However, someone at Politico or somewhere else had gotten hold of the document.

In it, it says that Samuel Alito, nicknamed Scalito 16 years ago for good reason, delivered the opinion.

“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” writes Alito in the 98-page document. “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”

“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” he continues. “Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences. And far from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division.

We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision….

The dissents have not been published as of this post. Despite being against abortion rights, Chief Justice Roberts was not among those in the majority opinion. In fact, he is likely cosign to a blistering dissent.

This shows that the US Supreme Court has absolutely zero legitimacy left, and their decisions should be met with utter contempt. Women should not even report to work. They should go on strike until change is made, just like how Polish women did when that nation banned abortion.

The ruling now makes the congressional (and in Georgia and South Carolina, gubernatorial) primaries in the Tri-State and elsewhere very important.
