If you are doing what most college students are doing in boycotting the State of Florida, you are wondering what your options are. If you just do not care about the weather, here are several options for vacation. Read the rest of this entry »

388 Anti-Sex extremists in the House just blatantly ignored the will of over 300 million Americans in passing the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act – a bill that would allow people to kill scores of law abiding sex workers if it becomes law

Washington, DC — So much for making DC listen to the people.

Despite over 300 million Americans opposing House Resolution 1865, known as the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA), the House of Representatives passed the unconstitutional bill. Eighteen representatives did not vote.

Republican Jeff Duncan, surprisingly, was the only Representative of any of the local counties to vote to protect sex trafficking survivors by being among 25 to vote against FOSTA. Mark Sanford (R), who represents the Charleston area, was the only other Tri-State Representative to protect sex trafficking survivors. Read the rest of this entry »

Rather than call for a ban on assault weapons, Florida pastor Mark Boykin wants to stop a beach from being clothing optional

Boca Raton, Fla. — One would think that after a school massacre on Lupercalia (in their home county nonetheless), that pastors in Palm Beach County would finally have their priorities straight.

That is not the case with Pastor Mark Boykin.

Instead of being angry at guns, which killed 17 people alone at Marjory Douglas High in Parkland on that very day, Boykin has reserved his anger for something that has never, ever harmed one person: nudity.

Microsoft cuts off alternate ways to upgrade to feature_2 on Windows 10 Mobile

Redmond, Wash. — There are a few days before the Mobile World Congress gets underway.

With Microsoft having been thoroughly defeated by archrivals Apple and Google in the computing industry, on Wednesday, the formerly cool Redmond giant removed any and all upgrade paths on all Windows devices.

What that means is if you are rocking any pre-2015 Lumia or the 2016 alcatel Fierce XL, support for your phone, now stuck on the Anniversary Update that was released on August 2, 2016, will end on October 30, which is the last Tuesday in October.

After October 30, only seven Windows phones used in the US will still be supported.

Support for the Microsoft Lumia 640, Microsoft Lumia 640 XL and the Microsoft Lumia 735 will tentatively end on June 29, 2019 as those phones are now stuck on the Creators Update.

On June 30, 2019, only four Windows phones used in the US will still be supported.

Support for those four phones – the Microsoft Lumia 950, Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, alcatel Idol 4s and the HP Elite x3 – will end when the ball drops on Times Square to ring in 2020. Those phones are on the feature_2, which is the latest OS update from Microsoft.

Support for all three of Acer’s Windows 10 phones – the Liquid Jade Primo, Liquid M320 and Liquid M330 – ended on January 9. Support for the Coship Moly X1 and Coship Moly W5 also ended on January 9.

Threats called in to two Orangeburg County high schools

Orangeburg — The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office is investigating threats made to two high schools on Tuesday.

According to Sheriff Leroy Ravenell on the department’s Facebook page, they are aware of the incidents at Lake Marion and Orangeburg-Wilkinson. He says he hopes to catch those responsible.

If you know anything about this incident, you can call Sheriff Ravenell or anyone else at OCSO at 803-531-4647.

Just last month, a 19-year-old Barnwell man was arrested for threatening the entire Williston-Elko School District 29. He was granted bond the next day!

White thugs and animals riot in Philadelphia after Super Bowl LII win

Philadelphia — It took less than 90 minutes on Sunday night for the white thugs and animals to show their true violent colors.

Barely more than an hour after the Philadelphia Eagles pecked the New England Patriot 41-33, they started pulling down scaffolds on businesses, pulling street lights, overturning cars and setting arsons.

Videos courtesy of WPVI-HD 6abc:

Charles Blow, Amelia McDonell-Parry and others had the best responses to this hypocritical violence:

And that is not all. These savages were assaulting riot police in the city nicknamed the City of Brotherly Love.

And this awesome account has a reminder for the people the next time black people decide to act out their rage over injustice:

I know things would have been much different had it been black people rioting over racial injustice in Philadelphia in the same area. We can no longer deny that racism is prevalant in the United States.

Men are afraid that women will kill them – and the actions of one Henderson County woman is why

Hendersonville, N.C. — Entitled, toxic womanhood is on display in the North Carolina mountains.

Morgan Bishop, 29, of Hendersonville, got away with murdering a boyfriend in cold blood in the spring of 2012 as she was sentenced to just time served for the crime.

Now, she has been charged again, but not with attempted murder. Rather, with a much lesser charge of communicating a threat to another former boyfriend.

The incident happened via Facebook Messenger on January 13. In it, Ms. Bishop yelled: “Best believe your brother I know where he works too, first bitch you don’t know shit. I killed him it was no accident that’s why yall ain’t got shit and ever will. That’s fucked up what your doing you know what I did and I will do it again.” The message was in all capital letters, which means yelling while online.

Ms. Bishop also claimed that she ‘knew people’ and that she was going to make the victim’s like a ‘living hell’, the Hendersonville Times-News reported.

In June 2012, Ms. Bishop murdered another boyfriend during a domestic dispute by running him over on the SPARTANBURG HWY in East Flat Rock. She plea bargained her way from a possible life sentence to just four years 11 months of jail time.

This violent woman should have never been released for what she did to the dead victim in 2012. Hopefully, a judge will correct this egregious wrong in her new trial.
