WWE quickly fires championship wrestler after he rapes Philomena Sheahan

Stamford, Conn. — The World Wrestling Entertainment not only vacated the Cruiserweight Championship, but the wrestling body fired its most recent champion less than 36 hours after Philomena Sheahan tweeted about being raped by him.

In an interview with TMZ, Ms. Sheahan dished about being raped on October 19, 2017 by Enzo Amore.

She said to Mr. Amore, “I want to get to know you first.” Mr. Amore was already sexually harassing her when she said that to him.

Then, it got worse. Mr. Amore went from mild harassment straight to rape.

“I said ‘no’ countless times,” Ms. Sheahan told TMZ. “I just kept saying ‘No.'”

Ms. Sheahan noted she was literally in tears as she begged him to stop in numerous portions of the Phoenix, Ariz. hotel room, but he slung her on a bed instead — and she hit her head so hard, she was kayoed.

Mr. Amore continued to restrain Ms. Sheahan and pushed forward with the sexual assault.

Due to this, the Phoenix Police Office opened a criminal investigation and Mr. Amore was suspended hours before Raw celebrated their silver anniversary and then axed earlier this afternoon.

The company has zero tolerance for doping or criminal actions such as sexual violence.

Midland Valley Mustangs’ coach arrested for rape

Horse Creek — A rookie coach for the Midland Valley Mustangs’ girls basketball team was arrested for rape.

The Aiken County School District said their officials uncovered allegations of inappropriate contact between the coach and a female pupil shortly after school returned from Christmas break, which led to an immediate internal investigation by the school district, during which the suspect and the alleged victim denied having any inappropriate contact with one another whatsoever.

After interviewing numerous people of interest, the suspect was told to stay away from the victim and given a cessation of contact order.

Five weeks later, the victim then changed her story and confirmed that she and the suspect did something criminally inappropriate.

“We are extremely disappointed and upset by the nature of the allegations, and we will vigorously support the future prosecution of this case,” said the the Aiken County School District in the release.

Paul Quiller, information unknown, was arrested by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday and charged with statutory rape. The Augusta-Richmond County Sheriff’s Office also assisted in the investigation.

This is not the first time someone who has ties to Midland Valley High was arrested. Last month, another adult who worked at Midland Valley was arrested.

And in 2014, Paul Waters, a former employee of Midland Valley, was arrested at South Aiken High School for statutory rape. Also a former coach at Williston-Elko, Mr. Waters pleaded guilty to the charges against him 29 months ago.

Erica Kinsman gets $950,000.00 in damages after being raped by Jameis Winston

erica kinsman

TALLAHASSEE — A Zephyrhills, Fla. woman who was raped by Jameis Winston 37 months ago has settled one of three lawsuits she’s involved in.

Erica Kinsman, of Zephyrhills, has settled her lawsuit against Florida State. As a result, the university will pay her $950,000.00 in damages and her Title IX lawsuit will be dropped. It’s important to note that she is free to file another Title IX lawsuit against FS in the future should she get raped again and the university turns a blind eye to it.

Ms. Kinsman is currently at another college. It is unlikely she will return to Florida State.

The lawsuit spawned as a result of the lack of charges by the State Attorney’s Office, Attorney General Pam Bondi and/or the university’s disciplinary hearing that Ms. Kinsman sought.

She alleged that FS deliberately hid sexual assault claims against current Tampa Buccaneer Mr. Winston “to protect the football program” and Mr. Winston, who later won the Heisman Trophy and led the Seminoles to the 2013 national championship. Ms. Kinsman accused FS of violating the federal gender-equity law Title IX with a “clearly unreasonable response” that forced her to leave FS as the case became public 26 months ago.

There are two other lawsuits, each involving Mr. Winston and Ms. Kinsman indiviually.

Ms. Kinsman has filed a separate lawsuit against Mr. Winston, who just finished his rookie season as quarterback of the Buccaneers. Mr. Winston has countersued Ms. Kinsman for defamation. A mediation session is scheduled for this summer with a US District Court trial set for the week of March 18, 2017 in Orlando.

Monday’s settlement requires FS to commit toward rape prevention and awareness of sexual assault.

FS has revamped some of its policies, including hiring a full-time Title IX coordinator, forming a rape prevention task force and website, adding six positions related to on-campus safety and (like all other colleges nationwide) requiring all incoming freshmen to take an online course about sex and relationships.

As part of the settlement, FS will maintain those commitments for at least the remainder of the decade while publishing annual reports detailing its steps to stop and address on-campus sexual violence.

“I am happy that FSU has committed to continue making changes in order to ensure a safer environment for all students,” said Ms. Kinsman in a statement released by her attorneys. “My hope is that the federal investigation of my complaint by the Office of Civil Rights will produce even more positive change, not just at FSU, but across the country.”

Two former strippers get slaps on wrists for robbing, raping rich men

rosen-pascucci-file

NEW YORK CITY — Remember the incident 19 months ago when four women sex workers drugged, raped and robbed rich men?

Half of them got slaps on their wrists this weekend.

Marsi Rosen, 29, and Karina Pascucci, 27, were sentenced Friday to four months of weekends in jail after they pleaded guilty to much lesser charges of grand larceny and conspiracy.

Ms. Rosen also admitted to sexually assaulting some of the men.

Ms. Pascucci lured one of the victims, a cardiologist, to Scores where he was ripped off for over $135,000 during four trips to the club in 26 months ago.  She nearly blew her plea deal when she appeared on Crime Watch Daily and denied the accusations.  She then accused producers of the show of ‘twisting’ her words.

Samantha Barbash and Roslyn Keo also pleaded guilty to all charges against them and are awaiting sentence.

Source: Williston-Elko High pupil to file lawsuit against Allendale-Fairfax in hazing incident

WILLISTON — This morning, a pupil at Williston-Elko High School announced that he will be filing a lawsuit against the lot of Allendale-Fairfax officials and the high school and district themselves.

The following people will be named as defendants in the lawsuit: Allendale-Fairfax High, Allendale County Superintendent Leila Williams, Athletic director and head football coach of AFHS football team Eddie Ford, Allendale-Fairfax High principal Senaca Baines, Assitant football coach Cody Bradyburg, and South Atlantic Conference Association of Seventh- Day Adventist, Inc.

The pupil’s parents will file the lawsuit on his behalf.

During the week of August 2, the victim was subject to a hazing ritual after a football camp with Allendale-Fairfax players, with assaults resembling fraternity like initiation. The lawsuit claims the victim was assaulted with open hands, closed fists, boxing gloves, belt buckles or anything the players could find in their grasp.

It says the victim was assaulted by 15 current Tigers and other Allendale-Fairfax upperclassmen simultaneously.

The suit also claims that Coaches Ford and Brandyburg tried to persuade the victim, who later transferred to Williston-Elko and was given an SCHSL waiver to play football for the Blue Devils instead of being forced to sit, to let things go.

The star running back was hospitalized at Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg County receiving treatment after the assault.

While getting treatment for the assault, an Orangeburg County Sheriff’s officer came to the hospital to speak with the victim and his parents. Coincidentally, the victim’s father received a call from Superintendent Williams to not speak to cops about it, and allow the Allendale-Fairfax School District to investigate the incident.

Aiken Area Progressive will not identify the victim or his parents.

Full disclosure: Jovan is an alumnus of Williston-Elko High School.

college-photo_12916._445x280-zmm

AUGUSTA, Ga. — The very next college to strip serial rapist Bill Cosby of his honorary degree just may be one of the three HBCUs right here at home.

Paine College indicates that they may strip Mr. Cosby of his honorary degree after he admitted to raping 39 women, 27 of which talked about their harrowing experience on NBC’s Dateline.

According to Interim President Sam Sullivan, those depositions and allegations have led to the Augusta college to consider revoking the 78-year-old’s honorary degree. The comedian performed in Augusta on February 28.

After much pressure and outcry from many Black Americans and feminists alike, Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga. stripped Mr. Cosby of his honorary degree this past spring.
