Tuscaloosa, Ala. — Five years ago today, the second-deadliest tornado day in United States history occurred.

In the states of Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia, around 318 people were killed in a series of EF-3, EF-4 and EF-5 long-tracked twisters.

Here’s the video of the Alabama storms. That state took the brunt of these storms.
